Avocado Paratha

Today is the last day of blogging marathon 5. And my dish for the day is Avocado paratha. Different from other Parathas which is easy to make and healthy.

We need:

Wheat flour 1 cup
Avocado 1
Garam masala 1/4 sp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1/4 sp
Jeera 1/4 sp
Haldi pinch
Oil few spoons
Water
Curd/ yogurt 1cup

Method:

Add garam masala, salt, chilli powder, Jeera, haldi, and 2 sps oil in flour.
Also add mashed avocado.
Now mix well and add water to make it as a chapati dough.
Make as parathas and cook on pan like normal parathas.
Serve hot with plain curd or Raita.

Yummy and healthy too. I make it the same way. Avocado gives a lot of softness to the paratha.
