Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake

Its almost end of the year and Christmas is just in few days. Winter vacation is about to start, kids will be home all day expecting some warm and delicious snacks. Today's recipe is a simple, delicious and can be made in just 2 minutes and with just few ingredients. Chocolate Mug Cake, a cake without eggs is  super moist and a single serving dessert ( Unless you want to share few bites with someone 😜 )

Today we are starting with 3rd week of Blogging Marathon 95 and my theme for the week is " Make them Cakes ". For day one am here with a simple and delicious Chocolate Mug cake. Here are the list of ingredients followed by the procedure......

All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Granulated sugar 4 tablespoons
Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
Milk 1/2 cup
Sprinkles / Nutella

In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients ( all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt )
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now whisk in the milk and vegetable oil until all the ingredients are combined well with out any lumps.
Pour the batter in microwave safe cup. ( cup size has to be double the size of the batter quantity )
Add some sprinkles on batter.
Microwave mug cake for 2 minutes on high.
Add some more sprinkles on top  and serve.
Or once the cake comes to room temperature  transfer the cake onto serving plate, add  few spoons of nutella on top along with sprinkles and serve.
