Broccoli & Aloo Tikki Wrap

My family loves rolls and wraps, specially egg rolls.  They are so simple to make and yet filling, I make them at least once a week for dinner. They are so perfect to pack in lunch boxes too. One such roll / wrap is Broccoli and Potato Wrap. You might have read my broccoli and potato tikki post which my kids loved. I had lot of broccoli and wanted to finish it as soon as possible. Tikki is the only dish which I can think of making with broccoli and  am sure my kids will eat. To make the meal little filling I have wrapped the tikkis in whole wheat rotis along with some lettuce, carrots and onions for extra crunch. Add some mayo or hot sauce and am sure your family would love it too.

This recipe goes to week 2 day 2 of Blogging Marathon 112 under the theme " Wraps & Rolls ".

Ingredients:

Broccoli Aloo Tikki 6
Sliced carrots 1/2 cup
Sliced onions 1/2 cup
Lettuce 3
Chaat Masala
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Whole wheat rotis / Tortilla 3
