Grilled Cheese Roll Ups

Grilled Cheese Roll Ups are  classic and a great twist to those who love Grilled Cheese Sandwitch.

This  quick and simple recipe is perfect for breakfast or as a snack. I have used cheese slices here, if

you have greated chedder cheese go ahead and use that as well. My kids love to have these roll ups

with ketchup, if you are serving for a quick lunch or a light meal serve them with hot soup. They

 taste even better.

This recipe goes to Week 2 Day 2 of Blogging Marathon 133 under the theme " Kids Delight -

 Breakfast Recipes".

 Ingredients:

Bread slices 6

Cheese Slices 6

Butter 1 tbsp

Preparation:

Cut the edges of the bread slices.

Using rolling pin roll the bread slices to flaten them.

lace 1 slice of cheese in the center as shown in the pic and roll the bread slice.

Repeat same with all the slices.

Heat a pan add butter  to melt.

Place all the rolled bread slices and cook on medium to low heat.

Flip them in between to make them crisp on all the sides.

Serve hot with ketchup or with a cup of warm milk.

Kid friendly breakfast/snack for sure. My kids used to love it when they were younger. Now their tastes have evolved and they demand complicated options :)
