Masala Puri ~ Karnataka Special

I grew up eating street food  like panipuri, samosa chaat, aloo chaat and what not. I miss eating

these street food  with my friends and family. Masala Puri is a delicious  street food from Bangalore.

It is made with either dried white peas or green peas. Peas are soaked overnight cooked with spices

and layered with crunchy puri, freshly cut onions, carrots and tomatoes. To add an extra flavor and

extra crunch this dish is garnished with spicy mixture or Sev. Those who love street food  must try

 this dish once at least.
